Event Description
An excellent introduction to wilderness medicine, this standard course is 3 days, and incorporates traditional lecture with hands-on simulations and skill demonstrations. While a standalone course, it can also be used to recertify a Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA), Wilderness First Responder (WFR) or Wilderness EMT (WEMT) certification with successful completion of an online recertification exam.

This course includes Adult, Child Wilderness CPR and AED certification.
WFA course tuition: $250
Recertification of WAFA, WFR or WEMT: $275 (includes $25 testing fee for online recertification exam).
