Our Learning Lab Peer Cohorts are immersive, practice based sessions where outdoor and environmental leaders come together to build skills, exchange knowledge, and practice equity-centered approaches in real time. They’re not lectures or one-way trainings — they’re collaborative spaces to test ideas, solve problems, and learn from peers.

What makes Learning Labs unique?
