Brought to you by AORE Vendor Member, Wilderness Medicine Training Center, and sponsored by Reed College in Portland, OR, this course can be used to recertify a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) or Wilderness EMT (WEMT) certification. The hybrid course format allows students to study at home and requires that they take and pass an online recertification test in order to attend the 2-day, hands on practical session held at Reed.

Details:
Cost is $250 per person for WFR or WEMT. Students seeking WEMT recertification must have proof of current EMT status. Certifications are valid for 3 years from the date of the course with no grace period. Registration form and syllabus can be downloaded from the Wilderness Medicine Training Center website.
