This DEI Lead & Learn session will be centered on discussing bias in hiring and evaluation processes in the workplace. We encourage attendees to bring job descriptions and any formal feedback documents that they currently use for us to review through a new lens. We hope that attendees will be able to walk away with tools for creating and maintaining inclusive hiring practices and evaluation practices. 

This session is FREE for both AORE members and non-members.
