Just as the name suggests, we intend for each attendee to both lead and learn during this session. This session will be facilitated by DE&I Committee Leadership and will be focusing on identifying and recognizing biases within ourselves and our industry. We hope to share tools on how to identify and interrupt bias through participation in this series on bias. Our next session will be focused on interrupting and preventing bias and we hope to specifically discuss bias within hiring and the workplace.
