AORE Announces 2015 Annual Conference Rates

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - June 30, 2015 - The Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education is proud to announce the attendee prices for the 2015 AORE Annual Conference. In its 29th year, the conference will take place in Atlanta, Georgia and will be held November 18-20, 2015. Registration opens August 3, 2015.

The conference, notably themed Engineered for Adventure, encompasses seven different educational tracks. The tracks help frame the structure of the conference and help attendees engineer their conference attendance to be most beneficial. Attendees involved in managing outdoor trips and clinics may find the Programming track most useful in their professional work and those providing medical support in the wilderness can follow the Risk Management and Wilderness Medicine track. Tracks also include Management and Administration, Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability, Climbing Wall or Challenge Course or Other Technical Skills, Student Development and Career Development.

As the 2015 AORE Annual Conference nears, AORE members should be on the lookout for announcements on the keynote speaker, big 3 award winners sponsored by Marmot and Osprey, educational presenters, pre- and post-conference workshops and the conference schedule.
