AORE Welcomes New Summer Intern
We welcome Izzy Gambini as AORE's new summer intern!

Izzy Gambini, AORE Intern"My name is Izzy and I am from Ann Arbor, MI. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Montana, where I study Parks, Tourism, and Recreation Management. I have always had a passion for the outdoors and want to turn that into my career. I love to spend time hiking, playing soccer, reading, and swimming in our wonderful lakes. I also love to play the ukulele and explore the world!

My goals for the internship are to gain experience in my field of interest, and to learn about a specific organization instead of sitting in lectures! I wanted to understand my major at a deeper level. I am still unsure of what I want to do, but I have thought about outdoor education or working with our Great Lakes here in MI. For my next adventure, I would love to go to the Falkland Islands. They are south of Chile and Argentina, and the southernmost habitable island. They have so many penguins and it just seems like a really cool place!"
