Event Description

A great program helps participants feel safe, welcome, and engaged — and that doesn’t happen by accident. Join us for a virtual workshop where we’ll explore the equity principle of safety and well-being and how it shows up in real program design decisions, so you can intentionally foster belonging and joy in your work.

Our Learning & Impact team will be leading this engaging and practical webinar exploring safety and well-being in programming. Participants will walk away with:

  • Actionable ideas to foster mental, emotional, and physical well-being in outdoor spaces

  • Resources to assess and identify opportunities for increasing well-being in current programming

  • A deeper understanding of the various types of safety and well-being

We’re excited to have you join us as we work to create spaces where everyone feels safe, welcome, and engaged.
