[Virtual Event] Women's Professional Development: Understanding Your CliftonStrengths Profile - Module 1
7/8/2020 - 7/8/2020
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM EST

Event Description
Have you ever stopped to think about what you are really good at? What types of things come easy to you and maybe not to others? Understanding what you are naturally talented at and taking an “asset” approach to your personal and professional life can result in happier and more fulfilling experiences. Join an all women identifying group and dive into your report. We will discuss first impressions, new discoveries, and perceived challenges in approaching this work through a women’s lens.

As a participant you will be expected to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and send in your report prior to the virtual event. Once you have registered you will receive a personalized access code from the presenter with your online assessment information.

This virtual is setup in meeting-format; we strongly encourage the use of video and audio communication to fully participate, although they are NOT required.
Event limited to 20 attendees.

MEMBER PRICING: $30
NON-MEMBER PRICING: $70

Learning Objectives:
  • Introduce the CliftonStrengths assessment
  • Define talent themes and review individual report
  • Aim, name, and claim individual talents within the context of your signature theme
We are excited to offer two optional extensions beyond this first event:
  • An opportunity to register for one-on-one consultation and coaching sessions will be offered only to those registered for Module 1.
  • A second webinar, Module 2, will be offered September 17, 2020, and will dig deeper into using your top five strengths.
