Join AORE Leadership and members as we come together to discuss industry current events, challenges and member questions.
The first half will explore how to expand access to the outdoors for women by investing in the outdoor recreation industry through a gender lens. During this chat, we will be joined by a Michigan Ross MBA student, Michelle Erikson, leading research in the outdoor recreation industry investment space. Michelle recently completed a Venture Fellowship with Detroit Venture Partners and will share with us research on barriers women face when accessing the outdoors, as well as and highlight some of the entrepreneurs and businesses working in this space.
The second half of our chat is open forum. We invite you to bring your current challenges, successes, questions, and experiences. As a collective group, we will determine the path of discussion the forum takes and provide opportunity for members to support each other through shared experiences.
