Join AORE Leadership and members as we come together to discuss industry current events, challenges and member questions.
The presentation is essentially a broad template for designing and managing successful outdoor programs. We'll discuss:

•    the importance of mission
•    safety 
•    effective risk management
•    staff training development systems
•    trip and program assessment 
•    macro- and micro-structure

We'll end the session with Q & A and suggestions on where to get additional information.

We invite you to bring your current challenges, successes, questions, and experiences. As a collective group, we will determine the path of discussion the forum takes and provide opportunities for members to support each other through shared experiences.
