This session we will be working with the committee to create employee evaluation and/or feedback forms through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. We hope that by working together to create these types of forms, our attendees will be able to better implement more equitable feedback and evaluation systems.

We intend for each attendee to both lead and learn during this session. This session will be facilitated by DE&I Committee Members and are designed to have attendees engage in discussion around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion - we encourage you to bring successes, challenges and stumbling blocks in your experience with the topic.
