Leave No Trace Level 3 Training

We are excited to offer Leave No Trace Level 3 Training! In order to become and maintain your Leave No Trace Level 3 Certifying Instructor status through the Leave No Trace/AORE Provider Agreement, you will need to:

• Be a current Leave No Trace Level 2 Instructor
• Be a current AORE or SORP Professional or Organization member
• Recertify every two years per the Leave No Trace National Training Guidelines 
• Attend this 5 day LNT Certification Training

Anticipated expenses for you include:

• Certification Training Course program fee: $1,500
  • You can pay the fee in full or opt to pay a deposit of $500 during registration (with the remaining balance due by December 2, 2024)
• Your travel, lodging and food for the Level 3 Certification 5 day course (not covered in your program fee)

Please note that registration will be open through Wednesday, July 31st; a final go/no-go decision will be made on August 1st based on the minimum number of attendees to run the course.

Upon the completion of the Level 3 training course, you/your program:

• Will need to maintain your AORE membership 
• Your Level 2 courses price will be $850 a participant 
• You will need to have general liability insurance for any of the Level 2 courses you facilitate. See the Leave No Trace insurance requirements here.
